Open to all 10 and under swimmers.
Limit: no more than five individual events and two relay events per swimmer

Fees:
$3 per individual event
$10 per relay event
$3 admission per person
$2 per program fee

The Third Annual “Fox Trot” 5K

The third annual “Fox Trot” 5k is a Run/Walk that will travel through the beautiful neighborhood of Fox Hollow in Cherry Hill on a USATF certified course. The race will start at 8:30 am. The starting line will be adjacent to 80 Partridge Lane, and will finish at the Fox Hollow Swim Club. Race shirts will be provided for all pre-registered participants and as supplies last on race day.

Bella Warner of Chestnut Run who broke the record for 13-14 Girls Freestyle with a time of 58:31

Wedgewood 9-10 boys who broke the record for the Medley Relay with a time of 1:10.07

Joshua Fong of Tenby Chase who broke the record for 13-14 Boys Butterfly with a time of 26:56

Wedgewood who took First Wenonah for Second and Greenfields for taking Third

Pheasant Run to host the 2017 Jack Hafner Invitational

Pheasant Run hosts the 2017 Jack Hafner Invitational.  Places 1-6 will receive Rosettes and places 7-12 will receive ribbons. $10 entry fee to cover entrance and program.
Kids under 6 free.  Senior citizens $5 entry fee. Seniors from each club will present their team’s banner / flag around the pool.

SJAC Water Polo Clinics

SJAC has started Water Polo Clinics! This is purely instructional and intended for kids 8-18 yrs old. It's a great sport and a great fitness event for our Tri-County Swimmers that choose to participate*.

The clinics are being run by two long time Tri-County Members (and former Tri-Co Swimmers), Gerry Aiken and Mark Barrone. Both Gerry and Mark have experience at the College Level and they have gotten an enthusiastic reaction since they opened up the program.

Schedule:
Saturday, June 10 from 9AM to 10AM

Saturday, June 17 from 9AM to 10AM

Tuesday, July 11  6:30PM to 7:30PM

Tuesday, July 18  6:30PM to 7:30PM

Tuesday, July 25  6:30PM to 7:30PM

*Must be able to swim 200 yards freestyle continuously to participate

Each session is $25 or register for all five for only $100

Third Season of Water Polo at OOSC Proves Successful

September 4th, 2016 marked the completion of the 3rd summer Water Polo season at the Old Orchard Swim Club.

In 2014 the Old Orchard Swim Club became the first local club to establish a summer Water Polo program in the South Jersey region. This program was designed as a means of expanding the club’s aquatic sports activities for the younger club members & guests {ages 8-18}.
